|
| Many financial institutions have hard copy personal financial

you wish. Above all, however, this PFS will aid in successfully
organizing and monitoring your assets and liabilities. Whether
you want a summary of your multiple investment properties,
want to track stocks, or need to minimize credit card debt,
this model will organize your assets and liabilities, helping
you succeed in your financial future. Organize your personal
assets and liabilities with this easy to use model, and watch
your net worth soar and liabilities plummet! |

Features
& Benefits
|
- Professionalism: The PFS allows a
professional means of organizing, analyzing and presenting
your assets and liabilities.
- Easy to complete: Within the PFS itself, you are given comments
to guide you through completing each section. This makes compiling your PFS very
quick and easy. (ex: below)

- "Information" guide: The software comes with a detailed "Information" guide
that walks you through completing the model. Although many jump right into using
the model without reviewing this guide, it is readily available should you have
any model questions at all. If the guide does not answer all of your questions,
email our support team for a fast response.
- Easy on your computer: Some software applications take up
lots of hard drive space while others are cumbersome on your computer. These
inefficiencies can create issues in your operating system or simply it down.
This model was written in HTML & MS Excel; applications that you and your computer
can adapt to and interface with comfortably.
- Easy Navigation, Saving & Printing. Bluestar built this PFS
with very simple navigation links, drop down boxes and buttons so you can compile,
review and print your information quickly and accurately.
- Financial Tips: Some comments contain a financial tip aka "suggestion".
These suggestions were made to offer possible strategies for reducing debt, expenses
or increasing assets. Suggestions may or may not be suitable for your situation,
and it is recommended that prior to acting on any suggestion, you should consult
your financial institution. Bluestar Financial Software is not responsible for
the outcome of any suggestion you pursue. (ex: below)

Using Your Model
 |
|
Overview: The model is broken down into four
pages for convenience and organization; "PFS Summary", "Schedules
A - F" (Assets), "Schedules G - I" (Liabilities) and your "Profile" (General
info). The two 'Schedules' sheets & the 'Profile" sheet are
to be completed, while the "PFS Summary" does not require any
input. Formulas from the "Schedules" and "Profile" total to
the "PFS Summary", creating one final balance sheet, the "PFS".
It is recommended that for the first time entering the PFS,
you scroll through each page before beginning to enter information
into any section. When you begin entering information, it does
not matter which section you begin with.
PFS Summary (example shown above): This sheet
is your summary page or final Personal Financial Statement.
Because the other three spreadsheets carryover into the PFS,
the entire PFS sheet is protected. From links and the options
box on this page, you may skip directly to any section within
the four page model.
Schedules A - F: Input your personal assets
in this sheet; "Cash", "Marketable Securities & Retirement", "Insurance", "Accounts & Notes
Receivable", "Real Estate" and "Other Assets". Note that the
Schedule E "Real Estate" requires input of both real estate
assets and real estate liabilities.
Schedules G - I: Input your personal liabilities
in this sheet; "Notes Payable to Banks", "Credit cards", and "Other
Liabilities". Note that real estate debt is to be entered in
Schedule E, along with real estate assets. Completing the bottom
portion of this sheet is critical for the final "PFS".
Profile: Input your personal profile in this
sheet; "Marital Status", "Income", "Expenses", and "General".
At the bottom of the "Profile", you must input your name and
date of financial condition as it carries to the "PFS Summary".
